Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to ensure the quality and reliability of software systems supporting our logistics and fintech operations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products through structured testing processes. The role involves proactively identifying software defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution, and verifying fixes to maintain system stability, compliance, and performance.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining high software quality in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Review requirements, user stories, and design documents.

  • Design and execute test plans and test cases for UI, API, and integration testing.

  • Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.

  • Conduct smoke, functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.

  • Execute API testing using Postman or similar tools.

  • Identify, analyze, document, and track software bugs and defects using Jira or equivalent tools.

  • Collaborate with developers on root-cause analysis to ensure effective and long-term resolution of issues.

  • Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure system stability and prevent reoccurrence.

  • Validate UI/UX consistency across different devices and browsers.

  • Prepare QA reports, test summaries, and maintain testing documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices, SDLC standards, and project guidelines.

  • Support release cycles by validating critical business and financial workflows and maintaining high-quality delivery.

  • Ensure software quality aligns with compliance, security, and reliability requirements, particularly for fintech systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in manual and automated testing

  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman

  • Familiarity with Jira or similar test/defect management tools

  • Solid understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
