Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team.
This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, content creation, basic SEO, and performance tracking.

The intern will work under the guidance of experienced marketers and gain exposure to real campaigns, tools, and growth strategies used in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will assist in the following areas:

  • Support execution of social media marketing activities (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.)

  • Assist in creating and scheduling:

    • Social media posts

    • Promotional captions and basic creatives (with design team support)

  • Help with content planning and posting calendars

  • Assist in basic SEO activities (keyword research, on-page optimization support)

  • Support email marketing or campaign setup tasks 

  • Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing basic reports

  • Research market trends, competitors, and audience behavior

  • Follow brand guidelines and marketing instructions under supervision

Requirements

  • Basic understanding or interest in Digital Marketing

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok)

  • Basic knowledge of:

    • Content creation

    • Online marketing concepts

  • Good communication and writing skills (English & Bangla preferred)

  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Education

  • No strict degree requirement

  • Students, fresh graduates, or self-learners are welcome

  • Courses, training, or certifications in digital marketing are a plus

Preferred / Plus Skills

  • Basic knowledge of:

    • SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)

    • Google Analytics

  • Familiarity with:

    • Facebook Ads / Google Ads (basic level)

  • Content writing or copywriting skills

  • Basic design knowledge

  • Interest in performance marketing or growth strategies
